Thank you for choosing Btalk. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns applicable to purchases made through our platform.
Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:
If the service or product you purchased was not delivered within the committed time frame due to a technical issue or fault on our end.
If a duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same order or subscription.
If there is a proven issue with the service functionality that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time period.
Note: Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days from the date of purchase or renewal.
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Digital or downloadable products once accessed or used.
Monthly/annual subscriptions that have already been activated.
Setup or installation charges for services that have already been provided.
Customized or special-order services tailored to individual user requirements.
You may cancel your service or subscription anytime before activation for a full refund. Once the service is activated or work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be made through our official communication channels (email or customer dashboard).
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@btalk.in with your registered email ID.
Include your order number, payment details, and the reason for your refund request.
Our support team will verify your request and process the refund within 7–10 business days if found eligible.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified period, please:
Check your bank account again after a few days.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be a processing delay.

Btalk reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
